I've got an Electrolux metal fridge vent (the one that goes on the outside of the bus). After a bit of buffing the metal still looks rather dull. Is it possible to get these covered in some sort of material that makes them look nice and shiny - something which gives the look of stainless steel, to match the shine of the door mirrors and wheels?
Didn't someone post some pictures of a chrome effect spray paint the other week? A whole bus had been done it that stuff they use on Lewis and Jenson's rides.
The electrolux vents are aluminium i think. At least the 4" square one i have in my shed is so it should polish up nicely.
