freaky insomnia

still up and feel i shouldnt be ( i cant get no sleep) ???

mines not insomnia it's the blasted dog waking up as dawn breaks then waking me up

thanks guys found that listen to music helps me and talking with the wife and the few friends i have
i was thinking too much worrying about things that could happen :-
feel better and sleep is ok
think im missing the exersice you see ive dun mi knee in so
years ago i would just roll a fat one but i dont do that no more

Have you stopped drinking or knocked erb on the head?

Since i knocked the erb on the head i had 3 days with no sleep i got six hours sleep last night and it was welcome bliss

 

not don the erb for 5 year dude but do drink every nite just to take the edge of things
