  1. why is it that i can drive our bay as fast as it will go on a road or motorway
and get very few dead flies on the front and yet when i decide to hand paint the front bumper
every £$%%^ %^& fly in the country seems to want land on it

They do seem to love it. You catch any big ones?

Thats real bad luck dude , they are usually all on Ricks van :)

  4. Perhaps you should have some sort of, er, substance nearby to redirect them away from the bumper.

Or you could light one of those citronella candles while you work to keep them away. Or maybe keep a vigilant gecko.

  5. i have found a cure

paint it white with black dots ;D

  7. you do mean the insect variety? or do you have a van covered in trouser groin zips?

  8. I have the same roller paint the van orange I just let it dry then sand them off and buff it up but is still annoying
