Xmas in inverted commas so you can define this broadly .... EG, "Is Die Hard a Christmas movie? Discuss." Mine? It's a wonderful life.
I have two clear favourites “National Lampoons Christmas Vacation” and “Bad Santa” But being a sucker for an Xmas movie then “Elf”, “Home Alone”, “It’s a Wonderful Life” and pretty much any version of “A Christmas Carol” come a close second. My Favourite Alternative Xmas movie is “Gremlins” My favourite religious Xmas movie is “The Greatest Story Ever Told” That’s probably the most sensible and complete answer I’ve ever posted on this forum!
Gremlins and Bad Santa are good calls . For years our staples were Polar Express for our daughter, and we enjoyed it too, and Love Actually, parts of which are utter crap but the good bits make up for it. But that has kind of stopped the last couple of years, certainly as our daughter has got older. Not really a fan of Elf sorry to say…
We've just seen Bad Santa 2 ... having not seen Bad Santa. Which is better? Some great pithy lines in there!
Had forgotten this one. Misunderstood I think, and treated as not "p c". "It's a miracle! I have legs!!"
I sent this to a mate of mine last week and said I’d never seen a description on sky that’s made me want to watch a movie so much. lol.
We’re (well I’m not , I gave up…..) currently watching Nativity 3: Dude Where’s My Donkey. To call it sh*te does a disservice to sh*te films…. It’s even worse than that
