Fav Retro Sitcoms Everyone?

I still love Allo Allo.

I tried to explain it to someone at work who was too young to remember it. It sounds really odd when you try to describe it...

"Well, it was based in the 2nd world war in france. There was michelle of the resistance "I will say this only once", there was Rene who was having an affair with the waitress. On top of all this there was 2 british airmen who seemed to live under the deaf mother in laws bed and stick their heads out and say "hello". Then there was the germans - one who was gay and a policeman who was really british "I was just *******ing by". The gastopo was there too. In one episode Rene was shot, only not really and he came back as his twin brother!!!"
