Fan shroud temp t4 2ltr

Hi all , just replaced my engine foam seal and blocked up the heater fan pipes . All tinware in place . I know the temp rises when enhine stopped but i cant remember the fan shroud ever being hot to touch ?. No lights on and van running nicely .
Am i just being paranoid due to the hot weather lately?. Lol

 

A few minutes will allow enough heat soak to get the housing pretty hot
