Does anyone know what this exhaust is please? Stainless and type 4 is all I know. I've replaced all the studs since the photo.

Thanks Mork. I couldn't find any more on their site either. I'm not going to use it on mine now so thought I'd refurb it before flogging it. Studs done just going to polish it next.

It'll come up nice with a good polish!

  5. Seen em being sold elsewhere too! Don’t know if bluebird supplied em or not. Had one on mine for many years!

Are they any good Chris? I keep wondering whether I should hang in to it.

  7. Mine replaced a rotten standard silencer and came up for sale (brand new and unused) just at the right time. Must have been on there 10 years at least. I do actually have a spare one stashed away somewhere that needs studs replacing. Think that's the weak point on them, in that if your not careful they shear easily. My spare on i got cheap as it needed some work on the stud holes as they had been drilled out oversize... anyway as i say a brand new one came up for a song. Not sure whether there's any performance improvements and it certainly didn't get worse!

Mine needs to come of shortly. Hopefully the brass nuts i fitted will mean its not too difficult!

Good to hear that it's not a lemon at least. Yes the studs were dodgy so I cut them off, drilled them out and recut the threads - took about 2 hours! I cleaned up the flange faces while the studs were out too.
