I am about to go and register my 77 import but i cant seem to find the engine number? were is the best place to look? thanks in advance
Base of the breather tower and on the front of the fan case. Assuming you've bought an import with its original style engine. Also assuming it's never been rebuilt so the 2 numbers match. Further assuming it's not a ringer. Did you import it yourself?
Patience is of course a virtue, but hard to come across when you been waiting 20 years for a bus and then you get one! and cant drive it! So I apologisefor my lack of faith, but hope you understand! imported through a friend, all sorted now and thanks for pix, helped a great deal, fingers crossed the plates come soon! Because my bus needs to be shown to the world!!!
