i have to fit it yet D a very nice tlber sent it to me this week but yes its a funny sized socket that works like a cigarette lighter !
I think Im right in saying its a Hella Socket, I took mine out and replaced it with a 12v socket for the sat nav

i have one...i fitted a socket near the back next to the over head locker...it means i can reach up from the bed to get light rather than getting out of be to put the main light on...also doubles up as mood lighting, if ya know what i mean
I bought one last year for over £20 and its Marmite, about one candle power so its chucked in the garage somewhere
get another lamp for it....by lamp i mean bulb. does not need to be or cannot be too bright as it willl get too hot, 15 watt or so is enough.
