Ebay Quandary

Just won a front belly pan on EBay for £3.20
Picking up tonight but feel quite quilty about price paid. ...would you offer more on collection?

I won some window seals for a quid once. I felt to guilty to collect so got the buyer to post them to me, even though they didn't live far away from me.

 

No way! If they wanted more they should have started at a higher price. I recently sold an as new roof box but I started it at £100 because that's the absolute minimum I was prepared to let it go for. If they started at 99p tough!

 

See if they can drop it off!

 

Even better, pay through PayPal so it costs them another 3% to sell it.

I wouldn't waste your guilt until you've calculated how much the rust has cost you. If it's less than a quids worth, start feeling guilty to the point where you can't sleep!

If you feel guilty about it, why did you make such a low bid in the first place?

 

eBay doesn't work like that. You can put a £1000 bid in and still only pay a fiver.

When I bought an engine for £51 recently I bought a ball joint and two hub caps for an extra £10 off the vendor because I knew it was too cheap..

 

Don't pay anymore nobody else thought they were worth more. You'll get and find it has been photographed using the E bay camera ( makes everything look first class) or we can't seem to be able to find it now, sold for too little.
