    Looking forward to Sunday

    Myself and a few colleauges from work are cylcling from benfleet to shoebury to raise funds for EACH East Anglian Childrens Hospice. A really worthwhile charity.

    Please wish us luck and lets hope for nice weather and no punctures! Lol

    Charity bike ride for EACH ( East Anglian Childrens Hospice) now completed! 26 miles later. Wow what great weather yesterday iam so sun burnt!

    Big thanks to everyone who rode and the peeps who have pledged money. Ill post what we raised later in the week looking to be about £300 at the mo

    Yes i did have an ice cream at southend seafront lol. And some beers when i got in !
