Having drawn a blank on finding a engine lid for a 73 bay, the one with the slots for hinges, not the wire thingies. Question is, can the newer lid be adapted to fit the older style hinges onto. Does the newer version have the flats on it to attach the old hinges onto, the slots could be cut through the door skin. Looking at ones on the bay of fleas seems that the flats stayed on the frame even though redundant. Cheers Mike
