Great night, oK show, didn't sell the pickup but didn't really expect to, good start to the camping season

 

Does waving at each other going in opposite directions on the A50 count as catching up?

It was freezing when I went to the peaks in the bus earlier, made me think of you lot staying over at Dub Freeze!

Great afternoon and evening with you lot...brilliant company , it really was...as usual I was feeling a tad jaded for most of the day..but come home to a warm welcome and a roast beef dinner makes it all better..


Now..just to raid the wife's make up box for an eyebrow pencil ...

 

I didn't find it cold at all

 

It wasn't that bad really..especially considering my gas ran out 20s after switching the propex on and being too drunk to be safe enough to change it...

 

Me neither.....

From what ive heard its probably for the best!

 

Back home after 3 hours drive , plus 30 mins break at Sainsburys at Kidlington.
185 miles .

Had a good time at the show and camping and meeting up.

The show felt like a more basic kind of Volksworld show... nicer being able to get closer to the cars and also be able to get near the swapmeet stands without having to breathe out...

The £65 compressor I bought at the show worked once I snapped the pressure regulator fittings off ... die cast zinc brass plated . grrr. Sheared , snapped....
Took the regulator off the £40 eBay compressor I had lying around. ...that had sprayed sparks and molten copper, and ran for a total of 2 minutes... fitted that better made regulator and it built pressure in the tank...

 

Good fun, good laugh, see you all again
