hello all. It seems I can't unlock either door with the keys I have. I've read through some previous posts, and it could be they need cleaning, something has dropped off the mechanism or they need rekeying. My question is how do I get access to have a look? I assume I have to remove to door cards, but what about the handles to open and for the window? Do they need to come off first?
Its pretty easy to do and yes you do need to remove the window winder and door catch to get the card off. My suggestion is you have a g and you will find its all pretty obvious
I had the same on my key. Luckily, I had a spare. When I compared the two, the key that didn't work had all the notches on the key worn down. The other key worked fine so got that re-cut. Not sure it'll work with just one key though!
