  2. Found this

The Doncaster Classic VW festival is moving to the Doncaster Dome due to the popularity of the first event at Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre. The idea is for everyone to get together in a great location and enjoy the things we love………VW. Everyone is welcome and there is a package to suit all. Whether you just want to pop down for the day or make a weekend of it with our onsite camping facilities. There is a great atmosphere, food and drink stands as well as live music provided by local bands. Also featuring great competitions such as “Show and Shine” and great deals to be had on the trade stands. Bring your VW down to the Dome this September! £15 per person Camping (Friday & Saturday) £10 per person day passes (Saturday/Sunday) £5 per person after 12.30pm on Sunday

I live in Donny and the first show they did at Hatfield earlier in the year was a good little local show in a nice place, it was packed out and I enjoyed it, because this went well they thought lets do another later in the year, The problem thou is they've moved it to the carpark of a entertainment/sports venue right on the edge of town and it's not in my local view a particularly nice place to park even on a normal day, The website says camping's ten minutes away from this place but I have no idea where, it doesn't say or i can't find it on the website, and for that reason i'm out

  4. Sounds a bit dodgy. Lol

I went for an hour on Sunday........to be fair that was long enough as I had been around twice. Not much on show and few traders.

I was working Saturday but popped over to the carpark and met Adam (Joycee) to have a nosey, he paid a tenner to get in and walk round and was done in 20 minutes, I really don't understand the thinking behind this show and venue

I got there at 1 so it was only £5 and my son got in for free. But it was still hard to justify the price.
