i studied psychology at college, therefore i choose to use a freudian translation of it!
its all sexual frustration. the man is your dad, who you want to kill as he's having sex with your mum(chinese woman) who you want to have sex with. the hedges are all neatly trimmed bushes(you decide). and the powder is just sperm that is so underused its dried up. the ants represent your lust to buy a new beetle, and the brown house is your respect for rickys bus(which you have regressed so is only coming out in your dreams).
