Hi gang how realistic or easy is it to swap dash off s African import that’s in k/hr with A uk van that has miles per hour. Not so worried About the odometer readings as I’m sure it’s rolled over a few dozen times anyway. thanks
Do you mean just the speedo ? KPH to MPH is a straight swap. Exactly what I did with my South Africa crew cab. Stirlingmoz
Like this ? The rev counter was from Just Kampers. The instrument pod originally had a South African spec KPH speedometer. Stirlingmoz
As above..SA bus here too!.. straight swap the speedo unit.. or whole dash unit, or put some new numbers on the dial... I'm trying that... needle point the same place Unfortunately my MPH face is a bit rusty and doesnt have the holes for the trip meter..
