Dashboard paint codes

I have been searching the Interweb to try and find the correct colour for the upper and lower dashboard parts
for my 1979 Bay.

It looks like L43 Grey/Black is correct for the dash top, but what about the main 'textured' part, is it the same
colour?

Also, has anyone had any luck re-creating the 'textured' finish?

 

DiY store rattle can satin black for me.

Satin black Rustoleum

and finish with a couple of dust/tack coats like at start of respraying for texture if you want (easier to wipe if you leave it a a smooth satin finish though)
