Danbury gone-ish?

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by Purple, Sep 4, 2020.

  1. Not of much concern to most nowadays, but apparently Pilote, who took over the Danbury business a few years ago, have now pulled out of the UK and shut the Danbury site near Bristol that did the T2 Brazzer range. The new owner of the brand is focusing on the T6 range and is based elsewhere.

  2. I wondered what they would do once the supply of Brazilian t2 dried up. I know they did a lot of t5/6 conversions as well. But so do a lot of other people and there wasn’t much about their to set them apart from the crowd and they were mahooosively expensive.

  3. Yep, just edited my post re the T6 future, probably good business sense to keep the Danbury brand name, but the already limited supply chain for Brazzer spares has now reduced significantly.

  5. Yes, not far from Gatwick- went down to look at a few before I bought mine.

Still can't stomach the prices of the T2s mind. Mine are both tin tops so nowhere near those prices.

That's a pity if people have lost their jobs.

Did they ever sell that one with Orange bits that had a type of race car livery and was blisteringly expensive?

I used them for my resto.
I would never go back for anything.
