Landed in mesanges 225 miles kinda trouble free for us all via San Sebastián ,orange van had timing issue but sorted it all had a sticky starter motor solinoid on the same van smacked with a rock soon fired up !! What a gorgeous place north Spain is to drive through!!

Congo popped up to wave us on our way

joe in "bus having issues shocker" oh no wait a minute

 

Only 3 issues for Joe but all we sorted nothing major sticky starter motor solinoid (fixed with a rock)
Then spit charge gave up presecco went warm )wire fell off relay, then judering in 4th (timing at 3500 revs was 20)but at 28' at idle it revs it's nuts off so set it happy medium and spent 1hour waiting for him to catch up then sent him off 1st and spent 2 hours bloody chasing him

Had a great few days at this campsite loads todo to keep kids busy, mainly had a beach day yesterday and a 5 a side game on the each the losers had a punishment "we got wet " then all went out for a meal and kareoke on way home

Looks like you are having a great time! How is the solar working out?

 

It's an amazing place the north of Spain, gonna tour next year them head off to Lisbon, great seeing you Simon.

 

When it's sunny it's keeping me going but I made the mistake of using an inverterti pump all the kids inflatables up and completely zapped the battery but it's just keeping me going fridge ect I'm getting around 5 Amps going in to battery all day but as it's so hot the fridge is on overtime so it's take that !! I think 1 more 100watt panel would be spot on so 200watts total !! But beers still cold left home nearly 2 weeks ago and got a week left and battery only just got to 11.8volts but suns out now so it's boosting it up now

200w for the win Si, always recommended that as it just takes the pressure off anything you throw at the system!
Looks like you're all having a blast . Joe always looks like a rabbit caught in headlamps lol, good job you're there to keep everyone rolling

 

Deffo will get another one up there over the winter !
Hope to keep em all going yes !! Still got over 800miles to go yet in a week

Had a nice day yesterday went to French market had few beers on way back then pool afternoon with kids and beers on the beach for the sunset

Was up and out early this morning headed to Bordeaux 110 miles got here set up weathers still sunny , set about finding a nice vinyard for a wine tour /tasting!! Me and my pals went out on the bmxs found a lil dream called chateau las arras !! Gorgeous place gave us wine great tour (for free) then bought the shop
