Curtain track

I took all my curtain track down so I could paint the interior and have somehow lost " I think I threw it away but don't tell my wife" I need a piece about this long, sorry you can't see that can you, its about one metre, look at me I've gone all metric, it is white and I also need some of those curtain attach plastic slidey thingys, I have money but can also do favours ie ploughing, grape crushing, cotton picking or I can be your man servant for a day
