I know there's arguments against Crufts but we're watching it now and heaven help us there's a yorkie called Julie! Go Julie the Yorkie for a best in breed and overall champion!!! (I miss the scroll thing)
Julie's through to the next round (she's all the way from Japan) although now they've changed her name to July
Not interested if no Airedales winning. Womble has a best in breed in his lineage - and a T Rex apparently
The Norwich terrier that made it to the terrier final yesterday is the same one that got to the grand final last year. Annies cousin! though you wouldn't believe it to look at them. /_______Annie \
My brothers girlfriend is showering her black lab at Crufts tomorrow. I've never watched it before but it might be time to take the plunge.
awesome film. I stays in the Metropole Hotel at the NEC last night and the whole place is full of very pampere dogs. you could hear barking from behind many of the bedroom doors. Very weird.
That's one of our favourite films to watch in Wilma and of course we know all the words to 'God loves a terrier (yes he does)'
We went to Crufts yesterday. Had a fab time. The place was full of spotty dogs Oh and stupid pampered fluffy things.... Walking down the row where the poodles were being prepared for showing was like walking in the wake of Edward Scissorhands ... Looked out for familiar types of pooches as well - Airedales and Norwich Terriers (thoguh couldn't remember if yours were Norwich or Norfolks, the bugcatcher ). The Tibetan Terrier that won the best in group (utility dogs) was quite cute too. We need to get a dog!!!
Airedale Terriers are The King Of Terriers (actually all dogs) The rest are just a distant 2nd place Runs away & hides from the wrath of Puca & 72wilma
