  1. How do you feel about them? Seen one not far away for sale for £14,000 1973 in orange and white. Low front lights and long rear so assume it's a crossover. Thanks, Ian.

  2. I like them, but I would I've got one.

Best of both worlds, nicer front but all the good bits of a late, and free tax, what's not to like?

  4. Yep agreed cross over busses are cool the only thing is I wish it had the old wide 5 stud pattern and not 5x112,

  5. doesn't that mean crap brakes though?

  6. Love them

  7. Yep best looking busses :)

  8. Zed

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

In my experience drum brakes are better in terms of stopping power.
The worst bay brakes are discs without servo.

  9. My crossover has discs up front, they work well.

  10. Weren't the cross over years those where the numbers sold were greatest. So should be loads about. We've got one, few peculiarities like the rear bumper/tow bar fitting and ours has an early roof/steering box (new ones not available).
