I've grew all my accounts year on year, have just changed to a different department and have grown that from almost zero to half million practically single handedly in just over a year while all other departments are struggling to break even, and do you know what I got?

A pay cut and a moan that it was taking me too long. And they wonder why I'm demotivated!
