Coppe/Hide Hammer

Im after one for general use. Due to the internet scale of things problem I cant work out what size to get. I was looking at a Thor size 2 guessing at the weight compared to my other hammers. Any advise would be great.

@Poptop2 is the man when it comes to hammers...from the small ones that merely stun prostitutes to the full on bludgeon jobs...

 

Sutcliffe still hasn’t given back that hammer that he borrows off me dad, all those years ago. He’s probably got his 10mm, too...

It is a Thor, but it's the 1000gr brass hammer

 

The use for everything I can only afford one at that price type of general thrashing stuff use.

 

They last forever though, mines over 40 years old still with the original copper head, about the third hide, after they shrink too much and water won't swell them enough.

 

I hear the hide is a bugger to replace
