Compressor fridge - which one?

Got a cr50 from CAK TANKS (yes really) last year for £399 inc vat, cheapest by about £40 at the time.

 

Like a couple of others on here we bought £250 one from jk, had no trouble with it plus it fitted straight into the hole in the Westy where the old one was, got 12/240v as I didn't want to cut holes for gas breathers,
Works well as long as you give it a head start by plugging into mains for a while before you leave ,

Is that an absorption fridge rather than a compressor fridge though?

 

this is what ive decided to get i think:{ i just cARNT MAKE MY MIND UP

DOMETIC RC 2200 from amazon 230 quid chills to 30 abbient runs 12 volt gas and hook up
40 litres its a chest fridge thou

 

That's an absorption cooler and will chew the battery when running on the leisure battery parked up. Compressor fridges use much less power
