clock

Hi.
The wires of my clock were not connected when I took off my dashboard(yet another thing that I have found out) since buying van . not sure if the clock is going to work . Before I try various wires is there a way to check the clock before I attempt this

Try it directly on your battery? Should have a ground, +12V for the clock and a terminal for the light. Connect it to the top of fuse 8 when you've got it in the van, if it's not connected already.

 

Thanks again I will try that.off to Evesham show tomorrow so will have to try Mon.

 

Hi tried the positive and earth from the battery and no movement,looks like a new clock
