Cleaning the engine bay

What do people use to clean their engine bays?
Is there an aerosol can out there to clean the grease / dirt.

Or do you all just get on your hands and knees and scrub it with fairy liquid & hot water?

 

degreasers like Gunk and Jizer or parrafin are good for getting rid of oilly bits. WD40 is handy too

 

are you cleaning in prep for paint..

or just cleaning?

if the 1st one.. brake cleaners and a scotch pad.
if the 2nd one... wd40 works a treat of light oil spatter.

So a spray of wd 40 onto the engine & a wipe off should bring it up nicely then
