Is it possible to disassemble the lower roller bearings so I can give them a proper clean? I can see a circlip in there so presume that comes out but then what do I do?

  2. I see what you've done here.

You've been driving on the beach and now the roller is full of sand!

Is it possible to take the roller off the bracket then? Remove the circlip and then pull off?

I must have a different type of roller then, both of mine have exposed ends (although one does have the plastic cap on).
