Charity Cruise for SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)

Sadly, as many of you will already be aware, baby Zac died suddenly at Dubs at the Castle last year. Myself and Anthony have offered our support and friendship to Zac's parents who want to organise a cruise in memory of baby Zac whose 1st birthday would have been in February. The cost of the cruise will be £5 per vehicle which will entitle each adult to a free cup of tea/coffee and a Welsh cake, all proceeds of which will go directly to SIDS. The cruise will meet at 10.30am on Sunday 23rd February 2014 at Caldicot Castle and following refreshments at approx. 11.30am, will make it's way to the Sarecens Rugby Club, Bristol BS11 9XP, for a Swap Meet, more refreshments and a chance to win some prizes in the charity raffle.

We have a friend who lost 2 children to SIDS

What a great cause! Sadly it's too far for us to attend. My mum makes small knitted teddy bears for those little ones that leave us to early. My cousin had a still born a long time ago and we support local children's charities

 

Great cause and such a heartbreaking situation for anyone to be in... Would love to be there but just too far away x Good luck to everyone ♡

Just been speaking to Dave from dubs at the castle about the cruise and the Story last year hit home iv got 2 little ones myself,I personally am gonna get some prizes together for the raffle and drop the to him but a few bits but few of us possibly going but a few have asked about donating !! lol he lost it going to wales, they shut the bridge after

 

Just a shame they hadn`t shut it before, then we would have gone over the new bridge, oh well, it was still worth a little effort to get there and support this.
