It's that time of year again when I like to give Cyril a wash underneath regularly to keep the salt off. I often use the local jet wash to clean Cyril, especially underneath, and was wondering if anyone has put their bay through the car wash?
And a car wash probably wouldn't be much use anyway as its likely to be cold water. I'd either steam it or wait until after the salt has been put down on the roads otherwise you'll be doing it again in a few weeks/months
I dont think a car wash really gets around underneath the way a pressure washer used by someone who knows the nooks and crannies under a bus can manage. And it will probably rip your aerial off or get jammed on the roofrack, fill the battery tray and the top of the distributor with water. .
