  1. Hi guy's and girls.
I need to re-new the ball joint rubbers and cant seem to shift the camber adjuster nut. Am i right in thinking that it should just knock off rather than screw on?... Tried heat and a puller and it wont budge:(

  2. Zed

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

Try harder, it "just" pulls off.

  3. It just pulls off if you pack Semtex behind it. They can be beggars to remove...

  4. Yes it should slide off as they are a slide fit, but they get stuck with age you can use a screw down ball joint splitter to remove them .hope this helps

  5. Penetrating fluid, heat and a now twisted up puller couldn't shift it ... even running with a windmill arm and clout with a mallet didnt help ............ so i cheated.. greased up the rubber boot and eased it over

paradox and Paul Weeding like this.
  6. They often do need a fair bit of persuasion to remove
