Caliper differences ?

  1. Hi,

I've just taken advantage of a %33 discount at GSF and got some brake calipers for my '77 Late bay , the ones that I have just exchanged had 2 bleed nipples and the ones I've got in exchange have only 1. They don't look any different apart from this . Does anyone know if this will make any difference ?
    Cheers Mike

  2. As long as they fit correctly they will be fine.
Once you have fitted and bled them, cover the bleed nipple in grease or similar and get a cap for it.

  3. Thanks for your swift reply Top Banana , right I'll do that with the bleed nipple, much appreciated

  4. The ones with two bleed nipples are universal can be used on either side.

The ones you have with only one nipple the nipple must be fitted at the top so they are sided, that is the only difference.

    Hope that helps,

    Cheers

    Alex
