Cab Doors

  1. Need to raise the rear of the cab door by 5 or 6mm without raising the front, any ideas?

Packer in the bottom hinge. I guess 1.5-2mm.
You could bend the hinge on the door if you made a tool and prepared to repeatedly hang and remove the door while you got it right.
packer is easier, undo the bottom hinge, slip it in and tighten up.

The other tried and trusted way is to open the door a bit and grab rear as if tossing the caber and lift hard, several times. This is the easiest and the one to start with. If the door sags back again, or lifting isn't enough, try the packer.

But first of aall make sure the bolts aren't loose.

  4. Thanks zed, already put 1-2mm of packer in bottom hinge so will try tossing the caber and then I'll give lifting the door a go O:)

Mrs fletch you wouldn't want my doors believe me :-
