Cab doors dropping

I’ve replaced the pins in my hinges on my 66 split but the doors are still dropping and rubbing against the arches, there is no further adjustment left.

Anyone got an ideas, it doesn’t look like the door or arch has been replaced or reskinned either.

The doors crack around the hinges and the doors flex, shimming will make the door/ hinge gaps wrong, you really need to lift the doors and reinforce the hinge areas
