  1. Hi all
Just started putting my van back together after her respray.
I've done the pain job today new inner outer scraper and new quarter light with new seals. Haven't finished yet .
Few hickups I've pushed the quarter light in as much as I can and I can locate the bolt but not the upper screw is this important.Should I attempt to push quarter light more?
attempted to wind the window up but how to you fix the window into its new rubber and window holder move the glass up but won't come back down.
Still got to put the felt in the 1 door the felt holders keep braking.
As anyone else thought this job was teadous or just me?

It's a knuckle scraping ball ache, yes the top screw needs to be located keep pushing!

  3. Shall I take out the bottom bolt .or just keep it loose. Would this help.

Whatever you do, make sure it all goes together properly. If you have original window winder mechanisms, they are are irreplaceable (except with Brazilian ones that break even easier) and at this stage you will regret forcing the window with the winder.
