Cab Door Repairs - so many questions

  1. i got a pair of skins from schofields, there brazilian DSCF2295.JPG
     
  2. fitted the bracing bars with polyurethene adhesive and plug welds at the top edge DSCF2298.JPG

  3. Hi all, I've elected to sell these doors to try and clear out the conservatory! I still want to learn some welding/repairing skills, but doors are probably not the place to start my education.
    Particularly when I don't have any tools, or a welder, or any kind or workspace.
    Thanks for all your advice, it's been very useful, particularly in helping me realise I have a few steps to go before I can get to grips with complicated panel repairs.

  4. i reskinned my 2 doors in 3 hours , perfect , ive never seen one done like that before ,

    @Flakey is only asking for photos as he has perfect, smooth doors! Apparently he allows people to stroke them :eek:

  7. Doing that to my doors would result in a trip to the doctor for a tetanus shot. And probably some stitches.
