ive noticed something strange with my l/h cab door gaps. The rear edge is parallel with the b post but the front gap is about 2-3 mm wider at the top & the top gap is about 2 mm wider at the front. Is this normal?

If the front had sunk while under repair the top gap would be wider at the rear, but look along the gutter line for clues.
The front doesn't sound unusual, I have one in the workshop that you can get your fingers in the front gap, the front panel has been replaced at some point.

Yeah I would agree with that-if anything it's like the front has been lifted rather than dropped-I did support the front during repairs but I was careful not to lift it too high. The gutter is arrow straight which is strange. I'll have a tinker & see if I can get it sitting better. Cheers

Ok I've spent a bit of time this weekend trying to get the door gaps better, ive adjusted the hinge plates forward to even up the gaps & this is what I've got:

The top gap is perfect but the front gap widens at the top & the rear gap narrows at the top:

It's like the b-post & c-post have moved backwards but they are two areas I haven't repaired

Top of front panel moved backwards?
Does it have an arch fitted?

Yes genuine arches fitted-i also had bracing welded in place when they were removed so I'm confident the bottoms of the a & b posts are the correct distance apart.

I think they look better with the b post gap equal. :)

I can either have the top gap even & the front & rear gaps tapered or the front & rear gaps even with the top one running off. I don't mind either way really I'd rather just know why it's like that, is it the door or is it the body.......?

Who knows - too late now?
I think he one at the top is least noticeable under the gutter in the shade.
TBH it's not that far out is it?

True....... My ocd will probably just have to deal with it
