Hello all, Still on the reassembly after the respray,started building up the passenger cab door, and fitted the seal all around and hung it. I cannot seem to get the door to close, the right hand side at the top seems to need to go in 10mm, it's currently hitting the pillar, and there is a gap at the top, it seems to be sitting to low. I cannot seem to make any different with the hinge bolts to get it to pull in, unless the bottom hinges need washers between the hinge and the mounting point to pack it out? Any help would be great thanks in advance
Take the seal off and hang the door without it first to get your shut gaps right then add the seal and adjust if necessary
