I've done a search for door trim bungs but can't seem to find an answer! I have the smaller 6mm holes in my cab doors and ordered up the smaller ones from JK but I'm either being a complete numpty or the bungs are too big but I can't seem to get them in! Is there a secret to getting them in or are they notoriously crap fitting?

They probably just sent bigger ones and will tell you they fit. They're not great at this sort of thing, they don't seem to care too much.
They also sell self cover cards with clips that don't fit the over-thick cards.

  3. I think I gave mine a little spray of WD40 before putting them in. They need a relatively good push but not too much effort.

Cheers Zed. Thought it was me, but I have fitted hundreds of these over the years and usually they slip in snugly. Any ideas who sell the 'right' size?

    Sorry I don't.

  6. You could always use Black Sikaflex to glue them on like my PO did .......... all the other panels too :(

I thought there were two sizes sold even by JK.. early and late sizes. They should not be too hard to wiggle in if they are the right size. Then the correct metal clips will be a bit of an effort to pop in to the bungs but will stay in.
