Bung your Bellows

    I've read of people using hose instead of the bellows but how they manage that is a mystery.

    Yeh, like that- gets around the two different diameters for a hose

    cut off the flared piece from the filler neck, bought a piece of tube the same size as the piece which passes through the fan housing and brazed it to the filler neck both sides and then use oil resistant hose

    I like that. VW obviously weren't confident they'd line up, hence the larger flared tube on the oil filler. Yours looks nice and straight, I guess you don't have a problem getting the dipstick in?

    In the end I ended up going for tie wraps, thanks, its made a massive difference !

    These pesky bellows can really cause quite an oily mess.

    H14HPF’s has the ultimate solution above.

    Anyone familiar with silicon hose?
    If you are, do you think a piece sized for the fan housing end would stretch over the wide part on the oil filler?

    This is why they moved the dipstick on T25's isn't it?
