bumper repairs - trying to fit prototype bay bumper with mods

Can you actually step on them - are they strong enough?

 

Don't really want to try to be honest as they are only as strong as my welding, and I ain't no welder! The wife doesn't quite get the idea of having bumper steps that she is not allowed to step on!

I put a Brasil bumper on the front of mine which gives the same looks from the front but looks like there's something missing from the sides lol

 

I never use mine, they're small, slippery and too far forward to be any practical use.
