Bug Pack breather box

  1. Hello again,

    In the process of putting a bug pack breather box (there are others out there, no free advertising) into my engine bay.

    it is a T1 twin port 1600, where is the best place to put the breather box for maximum effect.

    is it to fix it as high above the engine as possible.

  2. your best bet for maximum effect is to leave it in the packet and plumb your breather in to a air filter/s

    or if you don't want your motor sucking up oil to burn off put the 2 sides into the rocker covers, and yes, have it as higgh as you can get it

    If you have a single carb then as mentioned plumb it into the air filter. If however you have 2 then mount the breather box on the gas tank fire wall (be careful no to drill straight into the gas tank) and don't forget the gas tank breather system. Also plumb this into the breather box.
