Budget Exhaust ?

Hi, I've currently got an empi single quiet pack fitted but the box has rusted through, its been on around 3 years so i don't feel it owes me anything, i need to replace it asap and as always i'm on a very tight budget so no VS or CSP it's more likely to be empi or possibly bugpack but is bugpack worth half as much again as empi?
What have you got fitted and can recommend ?

By spending the money on a quality pipe you will save money in the long run.

 

Empi is fine, you just need to add a quality heat and rust paint after the first year from new.

 

Quite agree with the theory but the practice of actually having the money available is stopping me

 

This is the second system in just over 6 years but still on the original header so I dont really have an issue with empi, perhaps if I had painted the box it might still be going strong, good tip thanks

 

I have the duel twin Empi and just didn't follow through on my own reply, but when your on a budget like us then these will do the job if the maintenance of them are kept up, like re painting. I will be buying the single one if the bus doesn't sell

Being stainless might last longer, depending on what grade !! Still should last longer.
