Broken rocker arm stud

First run the rocker arm to head stud snapped and the other stripped the nut in the other so the assembly came off. Anyone else had this?

 

Reasonably common.

 

That's cool was worried that something else was going on

 

It may have been pulling from the head before it snapped so may need a helicoil.
