25-30 in second, 45-50 in third. Maybe a bit faster but that's safe. I can almost gaurantee you'll change before that though due to the unworldly screaming noise from the back.

 

when i took it back to garage today it went confy at 60s i thought it was good for her to go that fast

 

i still have got to cut off cable tie and connect that end of new cable , i have got the new fixing hope that bit is not to hard to do
or shall i remov exchanger to connect
