No thanks. I once had a cyst removed from my shoulder, after it got infected. To put it politely, "not fun". I had to have the infection drained in A&E followed by an operation a few weeks later to remove the cyst. Yuck.

 

It used to squeeze out the tube a bit like that tooooo
