Brake noise

  1. OK so this is my bug not the bus but same gubbins
Since I've changed the break fluid resivour pipes down to the master cylinder, the front brakes only after a mile or so start to make a noise like they are catching or scraping,
To try and solve this I've replaced both front flexi hoses and a small hard line,, bleed the whole system at least 3 times I even bought an easy bleed kit,,,
Thought it could be the backing plates the other day so bent em back in a fit of temper , back round the block and after five mins it starts scraping again
    ?? ?
I can't see any leaks, but I keep seeing a drop of fluid on one of the two bolts that hold the frame head together underneath ??? Can't for the life of me see where its coming from
Its to far back to be the brake pipes, previous to the resivour pipes I did bearings , disks, pads,
But only noticed noise after gravity pipes replaced

  2. Check the reservoir pipes are not crimped anywhere, the fluid has to flow in both directions to alow for fluid expansion.
