What would look even better is a steel grille...and do you know what, I have a brand new one here going for only £25 (bought it last week but after changing the indicator lenses I've decided to keep the blue grille on)
Anyway i've added a load more pic's on my main thread in show us your ride now so feel free to peruse at your leisure.
Looks Good Ricky, Just been out and looked at my overriders and they are 27 1/2" apart and look like they point in very slightly, with a straight edge across the rubbers ive got about an 1/8 gap on the inner edges.
Re. the "wonky" overriders, i now remember trying all possibilities left/right and this is deffo the way they go, the distance is how it is for the reason that these bolt through (unlike some that clamp on) so the thread goes into the hole in the deformation panel, you'll see on my main bus thread that from other angles they are fine (or i should say they are staying like that)
i use any polish malc to be fair, once i had cut it back i've just kept on top of it, i've used turtle wax or mer recently, that dodo wax is good stuff too, auto glym if i can afford it is my fave. it all depends on the price.
