Anybody else had a lack of contact from these after placing an order? Been a week since I placed an order, had a confirmation email but nothing about despatch? I've rang them the other day and today, no answer, sent them an email on the day of purchase and nothing so just having to wait and see if it turns up I suppose?

I did the same for both bed and buddy seats due to lack of response and long delivery, went with Rusty Lee for both and have been very pleased. That said, I did buy their windscreen blind thingy and that came through no problem.
They were closed for a few weeks but that's no excuse to accept orders and then bugger off leaving people waiting. I'd go elsewhere.
I've got in touch, he's answered the phone, only the fifth time of ringing but hey he answered so he's told me that the bunks will be ready for dispatch this week. I've given the old, ' looking to go away the weekend' line so he s said it'll be out to me this week. Fingers crossed I'll see it by the weekend. Nit impressed and told him so about accepting my order with no stock. Hopefully won't be anymore issues.
I purchased a steering column top bush from them, the bore was the correct size, but had to send it to the local machine shop to have the O/D machined to the correct Dia. Bluebirds turning was crap!! Tony
Ive been to there place and picked up a rock an roll bed , its not the biggest of units but things were being dispachted and it seemed to be busy or was that the everything in a pile looks busy kind of approach
It is a shame to hear this. I have always had really good service from Bluebird. They are a great place to buy propex from and are always very free with help and advice. I have had a good few items from them and never had an issue. This does sound very out of character for them. hope it all gets sorted as they make stuff other people don't. I hope a few bad experiences don't cause a great business to go under.
this is true and its not the first time but i carnt find the same product at the same price so im going to see what happens tommorrow before i cancel
Well, have to say that half my purchase arrived today, poles a bit scratched but hey wasn't going to worry to much about that as will probably be more so later after some use. Anyway, put them up into original holes in the van, two ends clearly went into the holes and thought that the others would've done so too before it collapsed under weight, not mine thankfully. Don't worry, no children were harmed in this experiment lol! Also the poles appeared to bed or flex a little so clearly wouldn't want the wee one moving around too much in their playful ways. Altogether, not very happy tbh with this purchase. Any other comments gratefully received as the flexing issue may be the norm?
